Return policy

We offer 30 days money back guarantee. If you do not like your products, simply return it by post after contacting us. If a product is deemed faulty, we will pay for return postage. A return for any other reason will come at the cost of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or undamaged (unless seen as a fault of ours). You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us immediately at info@g-rated.com.au and we will make things right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom ordered products and hazardous materials. Please call ahead and to discuss the specifics of your return.

Perishables such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after we have inspected the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) as soon as possible. Depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us at info@g-rated.com.au.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded, only exchanged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@g-rated.com.au.
